Meet the Founder
Hello my name is Jesus Vidaurri, I’m the Founder and Principal Consultant at Vida Talent Solutions LLC. A Florida native and Tampa transplant, my journey in the world of talent acquisition began over a decade ago.
Shortly after graduating from the University of South Florida, I discovered my passion for technical recruiting while working at one of the largest tech staffing firms in the nation. During that time, I supported dozens of corporate clients across industries such as software, healthcare, fintech, and government contracting.
After a few years, I transitioned into corporate recruiting and HR, joining one of the largest technology distributors in the world and a Fortune 100 organization. Later, I had the incredible opportunity to serve at the White House, where I worked to bring the best technical minds into the federal government to address some of the nation’s biggest challenges.
Vida Talent Solutions is the culmination of these experiences. My mission is to deliver world-class HR and talent strategies to startups and small businesses, helping them scale and develop a workforce that reflects their values, mission, and goals.
