At Vida Talent Solutions, we believe that great talent is the foundation of extraordinary businesses. Founded by Jesus Vidaurri, a Tampa-based consultant with over a decade of experience in recruiting and HR, we specialize in helping startups and small-to-mid sized companies scale with intention.
Jesus’ career journey has taken him from recruiting at one of the nation’s largest tech staffing firms, to corporate HR at a Fortune 100 technology distributor, and ultimately to the White House, where he worked to bring top technical minds into government service. These experiences shaped the vision for Vida Talent Solutions: to deliver world-class recruiting strategies, inclusive hiring practices, and data-driven workforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of growing companies.
